The first of the 3 workouts focuses on upper body while the second primarily focuses on the lower body. The last workout is very ab centered, but still has a fair amount of kicks and punches. Some of the moves feel awkward to me. I like timing and I'm used to Billy Blanks and his Taebo workouts. These moves aren't timed very well and it is sometimes difficult to keep up with the other girls. All six girls look very different while doing the moves and it's difficult to know who to follow and whose form is correct. Also, Jillian is not as deliberate when describing the structure of the workout. I never know when a new circuit has began, when we are about to repeat a move or which leg I've done and if I need to switch to the other. I guess I've just been spoiled by my experiences with the 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, and Body Revolution. I find this odd because this DVD was released in 2012 while 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 were released in 2007 and 2011 respectively.
I'll keep doing the workout, but I don't think that I would recommend it to others. It's a nice quick little workout when I can't fit anything else in, but it would definitely not be considered a stand-alone program used for my workouts. I'd LOVE to here what others have to say about this one!
My computer beat me at checkers, but I sure beat it at kickboxing.
